Business loans
Lines of credit, business acquisition, working capital and SBA 7(a). No property involved, so it is the business itself being judged.
Commercial loans
Commercial real estate, construction and SBA 504. The building is part of the deal, which changes both the timeline and the paperwork.
Equipment loans
Trucks and trailers, manufacturing plant and other commercial equipment. Secured by the machine, which often works when a general business loan does not.
