What we actually do.

We lend our own money, and we work with a network of other lenders. A bank has one set of terms and that is the offer you get. We can look at your file against our own lending and against everyone else we work with, then tell you where the options differ and which of those differences will actually cost you.

That is worth most on the files banks find awkward. A business buying the building it rents. An owner operator on someone else’s authority. A borrower whose last two tax returns do not tell the whole story. Those files need somebody to place them, not to decline them.
